3 Ingredient Chocolate Pancakes

Hello Everyone!

It's time for another one of my favourite recipes, chocolate banana pancakes! These pancakes are gluten and dairy free, with only 3 ingredients. Eggs, banana, and cocoa powder. That's all! 

They are one of my favourite things to eat for breakfast on a nice lazy Sunday. These pancakes are also paleo & primal.

Oh, and if chocolate pancakes aren't your thing, just leave out the cocoa powder.


1 banana
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon cocoa powder (leave out if you don't want chocolate pancakes)


1. Peel and mash up bananas in a bowl.

2. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl with the bananas and add in the cocoa powder.
3. Mix all the ingredients together until at a smooth consistency. I used a blender to do this.
4. Grab a pan and heat it to a medium heat.
5. Grease up that pan!
6. Pour in the batter the normal pancake way and flip when bubbly.
7. All done! Top them with whatever you'd like.

That was easy enough, right?

This is the pile of chocolate pancakes I made. It was a bigger pile then it looks. I added maple syrup and a slice of butter to mine. The healthy option, I know.
